All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) are not permitted to register for the Website or use the iFTM Services. Connected Development [CODE] is a non-government organization [NGO] whose mission is to empower marginalized communities in Africa. CODE works to strengthen local communities by creating platforms for dialogue, enabling informed debate, and building capacities of citizens on how to hold their government accountable through FollowTheMoney platform.

What information will be collected on the iFollowTheMoney (iFTM) platform? :
When you visit the iFTM website, download it’s application from the Google Play store & Apple App Store, sign up for the iFTM platform, email us, or give other personally revealing information, engage with us on social media or through our open communication channels, We may receive personally revealing information that we might obtain. This information might include, Your email ID, postal address, your name, Date of birth, country to which you come from or nationality, telephone number, type of device in case you’re downloading the application and location.
How do we use your information? :
iFTM shall process and use the information collected for the following purposes:
1. To contact you about the information you share on our platforms.
2. To perform qualitative analytics on our platforms
Sharing of your Personal Data. :
iFTM treats personal data in a confidential manner and only shares it within Connected Development with those individuals necessary for the delivery of services or activities to the person who provided the information. iFTM does not voluntarily share personal data provided to the organization with any third-party institution with an intention of making a profit or marketing purposes and no correspondence from external companies shall be sent to you as a result of sharing your information without the specific consent of the data subject unless obligated to do so by Nigerian law or other applicable law or unless a third-party secure system is used for a CODE critical business function.
You may have the right to review and update the kind of data CODE has on file about you and delete your personal data so it can no longer be processed.

CODE commits to staying compliant with relevant laws by revising this policy at any given time and posting the updated policy on this page.
iFTM may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any and all changes to this agreement will be posted on the Website and revisions will be indicated by date. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the iFTM Services after any such modification becomes effective. iFTM may also, in its discretion, choose to alert all users with whom it maintains email information of such modifications by means of an email to their most recently provided email address. It is therefore important that you regularly review this Agreement and keep your contact information current in your account settings to ensure you are informed of changes. You agree that you will periodically check the Website for updates to this Agreement and you will read the messages we send you to inform you of any changes. Modifications to this Agreement shall be effective after posting.
iFTM reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the iFTM Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that iFTM shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the iFTM Services.

In order to protect the integrity of the Website and iFTM Services, iFTM reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block certain IP addresses from accessing the Website and iFTM Services.
Any provisions of this Agreement that, in order to fulfill the purposes of such provisions, need to survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, shall be deemed to survive for as long as necessary to fulfill such purposes.
If iFTM terminates or suspends your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, iFTM reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and iFTM regarding the use of the iFTM Services. The failure of iFTM to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and iFTM as a result of this Agreement or use of the Website and iFTM Services. Upon iFTM’s request, you will furnish iFTM any documentation, substantiation or releases necessary to verify your compliance with this Agreement. You agree that this Agreement will not be construed against iFTM by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of this Agreement and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute this Agreement.
